Our primary goal: satisfied customers. A customer-oriented and complete quality management according to DIN EN certification is only part of our quality standards. We evolve continuously and ensure quality through strict product controls. We have had our own laboratory since 1991 to carry out microbiological examinations or individual tests. This way, we can guarantee a reliable and binding cooperation.
Test laboratory in-house
In our test laboratory, all incoming filling goods are subjected to a microbiological inspection for bacteria, yeasts and molds. Microbiological tests after completion of the filling process are also part of the standard. This prevents contaminated contents from being filled into sachets and reaching the customer. Further tests such as the determination of the density, the pH-value and the refraction value can also be carried out in our laboratory.
Specialized machinery
Our vertically and horizontally producing machines fill and pack your products under the strictest hygiene and quality standards. High-performance, modern machines and sophisticated production processes enable waste and packaging costs to be minimized, as well as cost-efficient production. Many common contour tools are available, and special shapes can be made inexpensively. Sealing jaws in all common standard sizes as well as suitable pumps for filling liquid products are available. Our machinery is supplemented by burst pressure testing machines.
